As a valued customer or supplier of Hallam & Bayswater Truck Centres, we wanted to provide you with information following the State Government's recent announcement of the lockdown in Victoria as of 8pm tonight.

Please be advised that from 8pm, August 5th all Hallam & Bayswater Truck Centres' branches, including TRP Pakenham will remain open as an essential service, albeit with restrictions in place. Whilst you are at our dealership, you will be required to wear a face mask.

We understand the essential role you, our customers and our drivers play within the industry, and we remain committed to your safety and keeping you on the road. Please read the information below to find out how you can access our sites, service your vehicle(s), buy parts and used trucks, and order and take delivery of new equipment.

NEW & USED VEHICLE SALES

Our sales team is fully operational and working from home, available to assist via phone, FaceTime and video conferencing. 

If your vehicle is due for delivery, you would like to place an order for new equipment or sign a contract, rest assured that our team are prepared to provide you the same service you've come to expect, though temporarily in a contactless way.

PARTS

Our parts showrooms at Hallam, Bayswater and Pakenham are temporarily closed, however our staff remain on-site to support you with phone sales, contactless delivery and collection, in addition to emergency breakdown assistance.   

Parts Interpretation
Continue to buy with confidence and ask our team to to interpret your needs or demonstrate parts via photo or video.

Call & Collect
Simply call or submit an enquiry online to order parts. If you wish to collect your order, we ask that you follow the directional signage on-site and remain in your vehicle for a contactless delivery.

Parts Delivery
As an alternative to call and collect, our teams are still offering parts delivery twice daily, now contactless for your convenience, health and safety. 

SERVICING YOUR TRUCK OR TRAILER

Contactless protocols remain in place for pre-arranged service and maintenance repairs. Our service departments continue to provide scheduled servicing, major component rebuilds, road worthy inspections and repairs, as well as 24/7 roadside assistance. 

Please note that our driver's waiting lounge is temporarily closed and you will be required to wear a face mask upon dropping off your vehicle. 

Bookings are essential for all service work. Please call ahead to make your appointment or book online here.
