With the re-introduction of COVID-19 restrictions in Victoria and in the interest of ensuring you are aware of the extra safety measures we are taking during this time, we wanted to provide you with an update. Please take the time to read more below to find out how you can access our sites, service your vehicle(s), buy parts and used trucks, and order and take delivery of new equipment as of midnight May 27th.
NEW & USED VEHICLE SALES
Our sales team is fully operational and working from home, available to assist via phone, FaceTime, video conferencing.
If your vehicle is due for delivery, you would like to place an order for new equipment or sign a contract, rest assured that our team are prepared to provide you the same service you've come to expect, though temporarily in a contactless way. The Kenworth & DAF production facility remains open, building new trucks to meet customer and tax incentive deadlines.
Should you wish to view any stock trucks on the ground, please get in touch with your existing Sales Consultant or alternatively call reception for us to connect you. Our Kenworth and DAF sales consultants can arrange truck video tours or provide you any information you require remotely.
Our parts showrooms at Hallam, Bayswater and Pakenham are temporarily closed, however our staff remain on-site to support you with phone sales, contactless delivery and collection, in addition to emergency breakdown assistance.
Continue to buy with confidence and ask our team to to interpret your needs or demonstrate parts via photo or video.
Call & Collect
Simply call or submit an enquiry online to order parts. If you wish to collect your order, we ask that you follow the directional signage on-site and remain in your vehicle for a contactless delivery.
As an alternative to call and collect, our teams are still offering parts delivery twice daily, now contactless for your convenience, health and safety.
SERVICING YOUR TRUCK OR TRAILER
Contactless protocols remain in place for pre-arranged service and maintenance repairs. Our service departments continue to provide scheduled servicing, major component rebuilds, road worthy inspections and repairs. We continue to operate our 24/7 Roadside Assistance service from both sites, at Hallam and Bayswater.
Temperature testing is required for customers needing to remain on-site and driver waiting areas are limited.
