2025 DAF Dealer of the Year
We’re extremely proud to announce that Hallam & Bayswater Truck Centre has been named the 2025 DAF Dealer of the Year at the recent PACCAR Dealer of the Year awards!
This marks the third time our dedicated team has received this accolade since its introduction in 2002, and we’re honoured to once again be recognised as the leading DAF dealer network across Australia.
When accepting the award, Matthew Keene, Hallam & Bayswater Truck Centre Group General Manager, acknowledged the outstanding efforts of our entire team and their ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to our customers every day.

This achievement is driven by our dedication in building meaningful, long-term partnerships with our customers. From the initial sales process through to ongoing service, parts support and PacLease, we remain focused on delivery a consistent and dependable experience every step of the way.

On the night, Matthew was presented with the award by Michael Long, PACCAR Australia Director of Sales and Marketing, alongside Mike Dozier, Executive Vice President PACCAR Inc and Damian Smethurst, Managing Director PACCAR Australia.
During the award presentation, Michael praised our dealership saying, “Hallam & Bayswater Truck Centre continue to demonstrate a drive to deliver an excellent customer experience to our DAF customers.”
This achievement highlights our team’s commitment to customer service, innovative solutions and outstanding performance in the DAF dealer network across Australia. The DAF Dealer of the Year program recognises excellence across all areas of the business, not only truck sales, but also customer relationships, facilities, parts and service, and finance performance including market share, growth and customer support. These are all areas in which Hallam & Bayswater Truck Centre has consistently excelled.
