As guests arrived at our Bayswater dealership, they were greeted by the impressive sight of Detour Logistics’ Kenworth T610 and Healthy Heads’ T410SAR which were both proudly on display.

Just outside the workshop entrance, the excitement continued with BJ & AC Roberts’ striking speedway race car, Campbell Earthmoving’s K100G, and Castrol’s Mustang proudly showcased for all to admire.

As guests made their way into the event, they were greeted by a transformed space that resembled an industrial-style pop-up beer garden rather than a service workshop.

With live music from Nathan and Susie setting the perfect vibe, bar pouring icy cold drinks, everyone grabbed a cold one, shared laughs, and caught up with fellow guests and the Hallam & Bayswater Truck Centre team.

Guests were treated to an impressive feast catered by Essential Catering, featuring a mouth-watering selection that had something for everyone. The highlight of the night was the delicious Katsu chicken burgers - crispy, flavourful, and perfectly balanced, alongside, Ivan’s famous beef pies, which quickly became a hit among guests. The spread created the perfect atmosphere for mingling, laughter, and good conversation throughout the evening.

Our display of trucks wasn’t just reserved for outside, several impressive vehicles were also featured inside. The Eggleston Motorsport Race trailer and two V8 Supercars drew plenty of attention, while Melbourne North Truck Centre’s PacLease K220 and the new DAF XG model stood proudly as the backdrop of the event with guests encouraged to have a look through these impressive trucks throughout the night.

Over 15 suppliers from the biggest brands from across the industry were also in attendance with impressive offerings and product demos at each of their stalls.

Guests were encouraged to make their way around the workshop and interact with all the suppliers and their products, which in doing so, gave them an entry into the draw to win one of many impressive prizes on offer for the night, including a Narva EX2 9inch Driving Light kit.

Ben Richards, Hallam & Bayswater Centre’s Parts Manager, kicked off formalities by officially welcoming everyone to the event and thanking our loyal customers for their ongoing support.

Following the short formalities, guests were encouraged to stick around for more great food, the much-anticipated prize draw, and the chance to further explore the supplier stalls and discover the fantastic products on show.

We had an incredible lineup of giveaways generously supplied by our partners - from fridge freezers and branded firepits to vouchers and so much more! A huge congratulations to our lucky winners: Bob from ETR Haulage who took home the PacLease branded firepit, Roger from Onsite Ag Mechanical who scored a pair of Narva EX2 Driving Lights, and Nathan from Earthmoving Repairs who walked away with two premium wheel bearing and seal kits.
