We’re thrilled to announce that Hallam Truck Centre has been named the 2021 DAF Dealer of the Year at the recent PACCAR Awards. 

This is the second time our dedicated team has been awarded the coveted accolade since its introduction in 2002.

In addition to the DAF Dealer of the Year Award, Hallam & Bayswater Truck Centres also took out Cummins Dealer of the Year and the coveted PACCAR Service Dealer of the Year award. We were also finalists in the Kenworth, Customer Excellence, PacLease, Parts and PacFin awards!

These incredible achievements are a testament to our outstanding commitment to providing a first-class service environment and customer support across Victoria.

Matthew Keene, Hallam & Bayswater Truck Centre General Manager, is extremely proud of our team and to be recognised with these awards.

These awards are a testament to the dedication from the Hallam & Bayswater Truck Centre and TRP Pakenham team, and they certainly belong to every member,” said Matthew.

The presentation of the Dealer of the Year awards were recently livestreamed as part of PACCAR’s annual dealer meeting and the Hallam & Bayswater Truck Centre teams were thrilled to be able to celebrate these incredible achievements together at Hallam Truck Centre.

Following the announcement and the presentation of the awards, Matthew and Daniel Crawford, Hallam & Bayswater Truck Centre Dealer Principal, had the pleasure of taking our new silverware to Bayswater Truck Centre and TRP Pakenham to celebrate with the respective teams and thank them for their continued support and to recognise their involvement in these incredible achievements.

The DAF Dealer of the Year program is structured to reward the best performing dealers within the PACCAR dealer network. The award is not just about the highest truck sales, it also recognises superior performance across the business, including customer relationships, facilities, parts and service and finance performance in terms of market share, growth and customer support. These are all areas that Hallam Truck Centre exceeded in throughout 2021.

Congratulating the dealership for its performance, Brad May, Director Sales and Marketing for PACCAR Australia, said Hallam Truck Centre was very deserving of the prize and praised our continued success with the DAF brand.
